Job summary

Robotics Technologies LLC is seeking a senior QA leader in Houston to drive comprehensive testing across functional, integration, regression and end-to-end scenarios. The role requires 10+ years in QA with strong automation skills and hands-on experience using AI tools for test generation and self-healing automation.

You will mentor a team of 5+ testers, coordinate with product and engineering stakeholders, and ensure on-site delivery of quality software for a complex retail/e-commerce-focused

Qualifications

• 10+ years of QA experience with strong technical, functional, and automation testing skills.
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools for test case generation, automation scripts, and intelligent failure analysis.
• Strong retail/e-commerce knowledge covering online shopping, sales, and store operations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and onshore/offshore coordination skills.
