Job summary

Robotic Technologies Automation is seeking a senior QA lead for on-site work in Houston. You will drive manual and automated testing across platforms, leverage AI-assisted test generation, and ensure end-to-end quality for retail/e-commerce solutions.

The role requires 10+ years of QA experience, strong communication with stakeholders, and coordination across onshore teams. Day 1 onsite; Houston locals preferred.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of QA experience with strong technical, functional, and automation testing skills.
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools for test case generation, automation scripts, and intelligent failure analysis.
• Strong retail/e-commerce knowledge covering online shopping, sales, and store operations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and onshore/offshore coordination skills.
• Houston local candidates available for Day 1 onsite only.
