Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a Web Quality Engineer for an initial 6-month contract to design, execute, and automate test solutions for enterprise web applications. The role emphasizes data integrity testing, SQL validation, and experience with Python scripting and BDD frameworks in a sprint-driven Agile environment.

The candidate should have 2-5 years of experience, strong automation skills with Selenium/Playwright, and familiarity with CI/CD in Azure.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience testing enterprise web applications in quality engineering/software testing roles.
• Experience with manual and automated testing across UI, API, and database layers.
• Ability to write SQL Select queries to validate data across tables and logging accuracy.
• Experience with Python for test automation; familiarity with BDD (Cucumber) and test frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Design, execute, and automate test solutions for sprint-level deliveries in an Agile environment.
• Perform data integrity testing and validation across systems.
• Develop and maintain automated tests using Python, Selenium, Playwright, and Cucumber.
• Collaborate with DevOps to integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure preferred).
