Job summary

Knox Systems, Inc. is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to design and build automated tests for critical application flows. You will develop test environments using Terraform and validate code each sprint, logging bugs and gaps as you go.

You will participate in release go/no-go decisions and monitor progress weekly while mitigating risks. The role requires 5+ years in QA, strong TS-based API testing, and hands-on DevOps with Terraform, containers, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in QA or test engineering, including building an automation suite from scratch.
• Strong web and API test automation in TypeScript or a similar language.
• Hands-on DevOps: infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), containers, Kubernetes and CI/CD (GitHub Actions).
• Working knowledge of AWS or another major cloud provider.
• Experience using AI tools in software development and testing.

The Role

You'\u2019ll build our automated test suites and the simulated test environments they run in.

Compensation Range: $120k-130k, variable annual bonus, and equity
