Job summary

Knox is seeking a senior QA/test engineer to build automated test suites and the simulated environments they run in. You will own end-to-end tests for critical application flows, leveraging TypeScript, API testing, and cloud-based test setups.

The role requires 5+ years in QA/test engineering, hands-on DevOps with Terraform and Kubernetes, and experience with AWS. You will contribute to secure, scalable government-ready software with a focus on reliability and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in QA or test engineering, including building an automation suite from scratch.
• Strong web and API test automation in TypeScript or a similar language.
• Hands-on DevOps: infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), containers, Kubernetes and CI/CD (GitHub Actions).
• Working knowledge of AWS or another major cloud provider.
• Experience using AI tools in software development and testing.

The Role

Compensation Range: $120k-130k, variable annual bonus, and equity
