General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (GD-OTS) is looking for an experienced QA Eng Technician II - 1st Shift to join our Lincoln, NE organization. We are expanding rapidly and looking for motivated and creative individuals who want to help support and shape this organization as we grow.
GD-OTS provides reliable and affordable composite products to the defense and commercial aerospace markets. With more than 60 years of expertise, GD-OTS designs, develops, manufactures, and tests a full range of composite missile and space structures, including rocket motors, pressure vessels, launch tubes and fuel tanks.
Position Location Detail: This position is located at our GD Lincoln West facility.

Major Position Responsibilities
Verify employees are following standards set by the company, industry regulators, and government agencies.
- Inspect products and services during all stages of production.
- Write reports to share observations about compliance and recommend changing the systems and processes as necessary.
- Calibrate quality control measures to make sure they function properly.
- Identify ways to improve existing processes and systems to improve quality and consistency.
- Support employees understanding of regulations, follow procedures, and work within systems.
Basic Qualifications
- Vocational/Technical Training Degree and 2-4 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education and/or Experience
