Job summary

Discord is seeking a QA/DevOps Engineer to own automated test suites across Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion) and Salesforce with Tosca-based testing. You will embed tests into CI/CD, collaborate with ERP Functional, Technical, and DevOps teams, and ensure releases are tested thoroughly.

The role focuses on building and maintaining regression tests, reviewing release features, and automating in Tosca across GL, AP, AR, and FAH modules.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of QA automation experience.
• Hands-on Tosca experience for regression and progression testing.
• Experience automating test cycles for quarterly Oracle patch upgrades.
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP Cloud and SFDC release features and technical impacts.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Familiarity with version control (Git/GitHub/GitLab) and code reviews.
• Basic scripting in Python, Shell, or PowerShell for test utilities.
• Knowledge of containerized test environments (Docker).
• Familiarity with Jira, test coverage reporting, and release readiness.

Responsibilities

• Run Oracle ERP Cloud and Salesforce QA automation suites for quarterly patch upgrades end-to-end.
• Review new Oracle and SFDC release features and suggest testing improvements.
• Build and improve regression and progression test automation in Tosca for Oracle Fusion and Salesforce.
• Create and update Tosca scripts reflecting changes in GL, AP, AR, FAH modules.
• Lead feature enhancement reviews in patch assessment cycles and new projects.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines and trigger regression on release candidates.
• Maintain test infrastructure and environments with DevOps and ERP teams.
• Document test coverage, defect trends, and release readiness in Jira and dashboards.
