Job summary

Discord is seeking a QA/DevOps Engineer to own automated test suite development and maintenance across Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion) and Salesforce. You will embed automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with ERP Functional, Technical, and DevOps teams to ensure release quality.

You will run end-to-end QA automation for quarterly patches, review new features, and expand Tosca-based testing across GL, AP, AR, and FAH modules. Strong scripting and Docker experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of QA automation experience.
• Hands-on Tosca experience for regression and progression testing.
• Experience automating tests for Oracle ERP Cloud and Salesforce (SFDC).
• Experience integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Familiarity with Git version control and code review workflows.
• Basic scripting in Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
• Understanding of Docker containerized test environments.
• Experience with Jira for defect tracking and reporting.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with ERP teams and DevOps.
• Knowledge of SOX ITGC controls and ERP change management.

Responsibilities

• Run Oracle ERP Cloud and Salesforce QA automation suites for quarterly patch upgrades end-to-end.
• Review new Oracle and SFDC release features and recommend testing process improvements.
• Build and improve regression and progression test automation in Tosca for Oracle Fusion and Salesforce.
• Create, maintain Tosca scripts reflecting changes across GL, AP, AR, and FAH modules.
• Lead feature enhancement reviews during patch assessment cycles and new projects.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines and trigger on release candidates.
• Maintain test infrastructure and environments with DevOps and ERP Tech teams.
• Document test coverage, defect trends, and release readiness in Jira.
