Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Highly Proficient Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint.
• Expert Excel skills (including macros, formulae).

• 4 years of IT experience; requirements development, programming, software testing.

Responsibilities

• Support QA for migrating SharePoint online from classic to modern, ensuring data integrity and user-friendly solutions.
• Work with business, product, and development teams through SDLC and testing.
• Develop and execute detailed test plans and reusable test cases.
• Document defects, track results, and communicate expected vs. actual outcomes.
• Contribute to data consolidation, reporting within SharePoint, and KPI tracking.
• Assist in SOPs and user guides; provide guidance on analytics needs.
