Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of related experience.
  • Computer-related aptitude and general business knowledge.
  • Experience with queries, report writers, and databases.
  • Experience in Agile methodology and writing acceptance criteria.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Understand CQ system architecture and manage system configurations.

  • Install and manage updates within CQ system.
  • Deliver requirements analysis and participate in meetings with stakeholders.

Job description

The QA CQ System Administrator is responsible for managing, configuring, and supporting the Compliance Quest (CQ) system. This role involves user management, system configuration, updates, requirements documentation, and serving as a technical liaison between business clients, IT infrastructure, and development teams. The administrator ensures that CQ system solutions meet business needs while maintaining compliance, security, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand CQ system architecture and manage system configurations.

Certifications (if any)
  • N ot required, but certifications in Agile, Project Management, or CQ system administration are a plus.
  • Work Environment & Physical Demands
  • General office environment with normal noise levels.
  • Extensive sitting, phone, and computer use.
  • Occasional moderate noise and some travel may be required.
