Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. seeks a QA CQ System Administrator to manage, configure, and support the Compliance Quest (CQ) system. You will handle user management, system config, updates, and translate business needs into technical specifications.

This role requires collaboration with business clients, IT infrastructure, and development teams to ensure compliant, secure, and efficient CQ solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Computer-related aptitude and general business knowledge.
• Experience with queries, report writers, and databases.
• Experience in Agile methodology and writing acceptance criteria.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Understand CQ system architecture and manage system configurations.
• Create and manage users, profiles, and permission sets.
• Install and manage updates within CQ system.
• Deliver requirements analysis and participate in meetings with stakeholders.
• Document system requirements including user stories, workflows, and design documents.
• Serve as technical liaison between business, IT infrastructure, and development teams.
• Translate business needs into technical configurations and requirements.
• Communicate feasibility of requests and project plans to business clients.
• Create system workflows and application documentation.
• Develop business relationships to ensure successful system implementations.
