Job summary

Franklin Sports, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator (non-exempt) to join our QA/QC team at the Stoughton, MA headquarters with a hybrid work option. This role supports testing and compliance efforts for toys and sports products, reviewing test reports, processing invoices, and helping maintain QA documentation.

The ideal candidate has a degree in QA or a related field and 0–3 years in QA/QC in consumer products, with knowledge of safety standards and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of consumer product safety regulations, standards, and testing principles (ASTM, CPSIA, FTC, EN) preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and set priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse personalities and cross-functionally with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily review of test reports and GCCs.
• Support QA review of apparel and footwear testing and checklists.
• Process test invoices and maintain QA test log.
• Update warning glossary and organize meeting summaries/minutes.
• Respond to vendor questions and assist Customer Service and other departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
