Southern Scripts, based in St. Louis, Missouri, is seeking a Controls and QA Analyst to help improve quality and controls across claims processing. You will develop and monitor QA procedures, work with the Claims Processing Director, and apply analytical skills to drive accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires problem solving, critical thinking, and strong communication as you train teams, manage tickets, and ensure HIPAA compliance. Some travel for training may be required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of PBM experience in a Quality Analysis and Controls setting.
• 3 years PBM experience in Benefit Design execution or Implementation at a high level.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5 years QA experience in a PBM setting.

Responsabilités

• Develop, monitor, assess, review quality control procedures.
• Perform root cause analysis of QA findings.
• Train internal teams on new procedures.
• Manage tickets and track trend information.
• Support tests and QA for internal programs.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and reporting.
