Job summary

Opella is seeking a QA Computerized Systems Coordinator at the Chattanooga site to lead data governance and master data management for quality and laboratory systems, ensure CSV alignment, and support regulatory compliance.

You will maintain systems like SAP, LIMS, eBR, and OpenLab, train users, coordinate global upgrades, and act as site SME for validation; requires a 5+ year background in QC labs and computerized systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, CS or related field with 5+ years of QC lab and computerized systems experience.
• Hands-on SAP experience and MS Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of GDP and QC testing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain master data standards, governance policies, and procedures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Administer and support quality and laboratory systems (LIMS, eBR, OpenLab, etc.), including configuration and maintenance of samples, tests, methods, instruments, and location data.
• Implement data validation rules, perform data quality audits, and ensure master data meets regulatory and quality requirements.
• Provide user training, troubleshooting, and ongoing support for computerized systems and data management processes.
• Lead change management activities for local and global system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations while serving as the site liaison for global support teams.
• Coordinate master data synchronization across connected systems, including ERP, QMS, and other enterprise platforms.
• Act as the site SME for computerized systems validation, overseeing validation activities and supporting master data and quality assurance projects as needed.
