Job summary

Rentokil Initial in Cape Town seeks a QA Supervisor to ensure compliance with global pest control standards. You will conduct infield reviews with service technicians, oversee H&S audits, and coordinate product trials to maintain high quality installations.

The role requires strong communication, planning and analytical skills, with the ability to use AI QA tools. The position also includes internal training, customer education, and monthly QA reporting.

Qualifications

• Matric, NCPC and P-Number pest control certification required.
• Fumigation qualification in silos, stacks, containers, ISPM15.
• Experience with phosphine and methyl bromide gas.
• Strong pest control product knowledge and technical skills.
• Computer literate: MS Office and Google Suite.
• Facilitator qualification would be advantageous.
• Competencies in WL2 range.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular infield reviews with service technicians to monitor abilities.
• Maintain communication with external clients.
• H&S Branch Audits – Pest Control.
• Coordinate New Product trials.
• Internal Training and Customer Education.
• Ensure QA compliance with 10 calls per week for installs and upgrades.
• Assist in basic installations when needed.
• Follow RISA codes of practice and legislation.
• Prepare and communicate monthly QA reports.
• Ensure PPE usage and report non-compliance.
• Uphold Approved Product List usage and report non-compliance.
