The role includes staff selection, training, performance coaching, and professional development to support quality systems and cGMP adherence.

The position requires an associates degree or equivalent, strong computer skills (Microsoft Office), experience with PCLE, and a track record in cGMPs, CAPA, and handling deviations and customer

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience commensurate to the industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn in-house PCLE.
• Experience with cGMPs in a regulated industry.
• Strong communication skills and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA assessment of customer complaints using risk scoring.
• Administer deviation process and CAPA activities.
• Lead internal investigations for nonconformances and deviations.
• Review and update SOPs related to QA responsibilities.
• Monitor KPIs for nonconformances, deviations, CAPA, and complaints.
• Support internal audits and train QA staff.
