What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform quality assurance reviews for all Patient Access departments following HIPAA, AHCA, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) guidelines
- Assist in coordinating the acquisition and dissemination of data related to Patient Access to maximize reimbursement
- Maintain a detailed understanding of revenue cycle workflow processes with an emphasis on Patient Access
- Foster high ethical standards and strategic practices to enhance organizational success
- Adapt to new technologies and software tools to improve operational efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- NAHAM Certified Healthcare Access Associate certification (must obtain within 1 year)
- 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare environment with extensive knowledge of the revenue cycle
- Proficiency in PC applications, including Office 365 and Microsoft Office products (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) as a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR)
- Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and self-motivation
- Ability to effectively manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic work environment
- Experience in customer service and team interactions
