Job summary

Jubilant HollisterStier Spokane is seeking a QA Compliance Associate to support Deviations, CAPA, and vendor complaints, ensuring product compliance and safety. You will lead investigations, draft reports, and coordinate corrective actions across shifts.

This on-site, full-time role in Spokane, WA offers a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule, with starting wages of $32.01–$37.65 hourly and a comprehensive benefits package beginning day one.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience; degree can substitute.
• Experience with investigations, CAPA, QC analysis is highly desired.
• Knowledge of cGMPs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations of deviations and non-conformances.
• Draft investigation reports with minimal guidance.
• Ensure timely and compliant investigations per SOP.
• Coordinate immediate actions with QA and management.
• Support data collection for management reviews and KPI reports.
