This role requires strong leadership, deep QA methodologies, and collaboration with cross-functional partners to deliver reliable, scalable systems. The position offers hybrid work with in-office presence required part of the week.

• Bachelor’s degree required in CS/IT or equivalent.
• 8–10 years in IT business analysis or quality assurance.
• Proven leadership of QA and BA teams.
