Base pay range

$45.00/hr - $50.00/hr

Need to be with in 100 miles from Philadelphia, PA, -Princeton, NJ, - Boston, MA - New York City - Chicago, IL

Remote with occasional travel to any of the above locations

W2 - Need to have US Citizenship or GC

• 10 years of QA Testing experience with 5+ years of experience with automation tools and optimizing test cases - TOSCA automation.
• Strong knowledge of TOSCA Test Suite, including test case design, test data management, and execution.
• Experience with Bamboo or Jenkins (integrating automated tests into existing CICD pipeline).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Xray, qTest).
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
• Good communication skills with experience working with offshore teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using TOSCA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, to understand requirements and translate them into test cases.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
• Mentor/Support Offshore QA team members and provide guidance.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure traceability of test cases to business requirements and maintain comprehensive test documentation.
