• Develop and establish QA standards for ITS.
• Test in-house and COTS products to ensure quality.
• Create and execute test plans and test cases.
• Automate integration and UI tests where appropriate.
• Analyze test results and defects and report to stakeholders.
• Provide advanced Tier III support to customers.
