Qualifications

11+ years providing defect status and quality metrics to the project manager.
11+ years developing software quality assurance plans.
11+ years developing test plans and procedures.
8+ years designing, developing, and executing automated test cases with tools like HP QTP, UFT, TestComplete or Selenium.
8+ years using HP Quality Center/ALM for test cases and defect management.
8+ years leading all technical testing efforts including functional and automated testing.
8+ years designing and supporting UI testing and regression testing.
5+ years writing advanced SQL queries.
5+ years healthcare operations business processes.
3+ years knowledge of Oracle 11g/12c databases.

Responsibilities

Write test plans based on requirements and design tests and strategies.
Design and execute functional, integration, and end-to-end tests across platforms.
Develop and maintain automated test suites and write manual test scenarios for automation.
Coordinate test case reviews and ensure coverage and traceability.
Provide QA process improvements and regulatory compliance support.
