Job summary

Metropolitan Commercial Bank is seeking a Quality Assurance Temp to assist in testing new core banking applications as part of the Modern Banking in Motion initiative. You will help ensure defects are identified and functionalities work as expected before going live.

You will collaborate with QA analysts to build automated tests with Testim, document tests in Jira, and contribute to a robust regression suite while learning bank-specific QA practices and tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with experienced QA analysts to gain insights into creating and maintaining automated test scripts using Testim for web and mobile applications.
• Understand the best practices of organizing test cases, test plans, and test results in Jira, and mastering test documentation practices.
• Run automated tests, analyze results, and report defects using Jira or the vendor ticketing system to enhance your skills in detecting issues and improving software quality.
• Automate steps in Testim to build a regression automated test suite, developing proficiency in automation and user experience testing.
