Qualifications

• Student with graduation date of May 2028.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Human-Computer Interaction, or related technical degree.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Able to code comfortably in Java and other modern programming languages.
• Experience with scrum, Oracle, databases, and integration testing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting IT concepts and metrics.
• No sponsorship or graduation-date exceptions for this position.

Responsibilities

• Work on enterprise software solutions focusing on performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Participate as a subject matter expert for automated testing design and development issues.
• Create automation testing strategies and define testing criteria.
• Review testing documentation and develop testing standards; analyze results.
• Develop automated test code and scripts using industry-standard tools.
• Integrate test code into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with developers to fix issues.
• Provide input on testing procedures, schedules, or potential problems.
• Maintain and upgrade existing test environments.
• Collaborate with product owners and leads to create testing strategies.
• Coach and mentor cross-functional Scrum teams in automated testing and CI/CD.
