Validation and QA Engineer Role

We are seeking a Validation and QA Engineer with expertise in Azure-based applications and automation testing.

Responsibilities

• Validation Strategy: Develop comprehensive validation strategies ensuring compliance with industry standards for Azure applications.
• Test Planning: Create detailed test plans, cases, and scenarios to thoroughly validate functionality, performance, and security.
• Cloud Expertise: Validate cloud solutions with deep knowledge of Azure services and .NET Core developments.
• Issue Identification and Reporting: Identify, document, and resolve defects efficiently through structured tracking and collaboration.
• Validation Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of test procedures, results, and validation reports.
• Performance Testing: Identify bottlenecks and optimize application scalability and reliability.
• Security Testing: Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing in collaboration with security teams.
• Regression Testing: Maintain a regression testing framework to ensure reliable software updates.
• Team Leadership: Guide and educate the team on validation requirements, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Workplace Health & Safety: Adhere to workplace health and safety policies.
• Other Duties: Support JET Charge technology development as needed.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in end-to-end Automation Quality Assurance (QA) Engineering.
• Proficiency in test automation tools, preferably Playwright.
• Experience working in Agile environments with sprint-based planning.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins) and version control systems (Git).
• Expertise in API testing.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile principles.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and value delivery within sprint timeframes.
