Job summary

Jobot Consulting seeks a highly motivated QA Tester to join on a contract basis. You will validate web and mobile applications through manual and automated testing, and build/maintain automated test frameworks.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment is essential. The role requires designing and executing automated end-to-end tests with Selenium and Playwright, API and database testing, review of requirements, and active participation in sprint ceremonies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a QA Tester supporting web and mobile apps.
• Hands-on with manual testing methodologies and QA best practices.
• Extensive experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks (Selenium, Playwright).
• Experience automating API and database testing.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive manual testing of web and mobile applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated end-to-end test suites using Selenium and Playwright.
• Develop and execute automated API and database testing strategies.
• Create, maintain, and execute test plans, cases, and scripts.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA team members to ensure coverage.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and review user stories for testability.
