Resourceful Talent Group is seeking a QA Automation Engineer with strong TypeScript and Playwright experience for a long-term, fully remote fintech project. You will design, build, and maintain automated testing across web apps, APIs, and backend services, while ensuring reliability through comprehensive suites and CI/CD integration.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in QA Automation, experience with TypeScript and Playwright, and comfort working with distributed teams during EST hours.

Formación

• 4+ years in QA Automation, designing and maintaining automated testing frameworks.
• Proficient with TypeScript and Playwright for automation scripts.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments (Docker).
• Experience in fintech or financial services is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain automated testing across web apps, APIs, and services.
• Develop unit, integration, regression, and end-to-end tests to ensure reliability.
• Create tests for complex workflows and data integrity scenarios.

Задачи:

• Design, build, and maintain automated testing frameworks across web applications, APIs, backend services, and third‑party integrations.
• Develop and execute unit, integration, regression, and end‑to‑end automated test suites to ensure system reliability, stability, and overall quality.
• Create and maintain automated tests for complex workflows, edge cases, data integrity, and state transitions across services.
• Integrate and manage automated testing within CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
• Conduct performance, scalability, and load testing across core services and infrastructure to identify bottlenecks and reliability risks.
• Identify, document, and track bugs, performance issues, and system weaknesses while partnering closely with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to improve QA processes, automation coverage, and testing standards.

• 4+ years of experience in QA Automation, including designing, building, and maintaining automated testing frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript for developing automation scripts and test frameworks, with hands‑on experience with Playwright.
• Strong understanding of testing best practices, test strategy, software development lifecycles, and modern QA methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience working with CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments such as Docker.
• Previous experience in fintech, financial services, payments, banking, or other financial technology environments is highly preferred, particularly where accuracy, reliability, security, and data integrity are critical.
• Strong verbal English communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and availability to work and collaborate effectively with distributed teams during EST (Eastern Standard Time) hours.
