Job summary

This hybrid role involves ensuring product quality through test case design, automation framework development, and integration into CI/CD processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manual testing, automation tools like Playwright, and programming skills in Java or Python. Offering a salary range of $75K to $80K with benefits, this position supports US citizens and green card holders only.

Qualifications

• Strong experience writing manual test cases and converting them into structured test suites.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools required (preferably Playwright).
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages used for automation (Java, Python, etc.).
• Experience with API testing using tools like Postman or RestAssured.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and QA best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed, traceable, and reusable test cases based on requirements.
• Participate in test planning and execute manual tests.
• Build, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks.
• Write, optimize, and maintain automated test scripts.
• Log defects with clear reproduction steps and collaborate on fixes.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide regular reports on test coverage and defect trends.
• Work closely with the agile team to ensure alignment on quality.
