Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing.
• 2-3 years of hands-on Playwright Automation experience.
• Strong Insurance domain experience with Duck Creek Policy.
• Analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
• Create detailed test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, and UAT testing.
• Execute manual tests and document results; identify and track defects.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs, and Developers; participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Familiarity with defect/test management tools; design and maintain automated Playwright scripts.
• Automate end-to-end workflows and regression test suites; test Microservices.

Responsibilities

• Perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, and UAT testing.
• Execute manual tests and document test results; identify, track, and verify defects.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers to clarify requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright.
• Automate end-to-end business workflows and regression test suites.
• Experience testing Microservices and distributed applications.
