Qualifications

• Requires expertise in database testing with SQL scripting.
• Experience with Microsoft .NET architecture and tooling.
• Ability to design and implement automated tests (unit, integration, system).
• Strong familiarity with Agile software development methodologies (XP, SCRUM).

Responsibilities

• Interact with Business Analysts and teammates to understand business requirements.
• Configure smoke suite with VSTS CI/CD and integrate with release pipeline for no-touch testing.
• Assign tasks based on team capabilities and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with developers to understand functionality and flow; coordinate defect analysis.
• Lead weekly status meetings and communicate testing progress and plans.
• Conduct trainings and KT sessions within and across teams.
• Update test cases as requirements change and mentor team members.
• Plan and track work to meet delivery timelines.
• Review requirements and develop test scenarios; execute tests for usability and data impact.
• Prepare reports on testing activities and communicate results to design team.
• Engage with clients to understand product requirements and participate in design reviews.
