Job summary

The Elite Job in Wisconsin is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks for web and desktop applications. You will work with developers, product managers, and DevOps to embed automated testing throughout the SDLC.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with UI and API automation using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress, strong programming skills, and a collaborative mindset to improve test coverage and release quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 2–5 years of QA automation experience.
• Experience designing and maintaining automated testing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks for web, desktop, and application-based software.
• Automate UI testing using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Automate API testing and service validation with Postman or REST Assured.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with DevOps.
• Maintain test suites as features evolve and report quality metrics.
