The Codest is an international tech software company with hubs in Poland, delivering IT solutions and projects. We are expanding our QA team for a fintech project focused on automating tests for loan automation and cloud-based services on AWS.

You will generate automated test scripts, design test plans, and coordinate testing activities across an international team, ensuring high-quality releases and adherence to client requirements.

Formación

• 4+ years of Quality Assurance / Test Automation experience.
• Advanced English in speaking and writing (international team).
• Proficiency in Python is preferred.
• Experience with Selenium and PyTest for test automation.
• Cloud environment experience, preferably AWS.
• Experience with CI/CD and Build pipelines integration.
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Confluence and Jira).
• Knowledge of REST/JSON and/or SOAP/XML web services.
• Understanding of HTML5 and CSS3 and browser technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Estimate, prioritize, and coordinate testing tasks effectively.
• Identify, document, and track bugs meticulously.
• Execute comprehensive regression testing post-bug resolution.

• Monitor QA metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts.

Project Description

In this role, you will contribute to a fintech project about providing loans to funds managed by asset managers. Your main responsibility will be to contribute to its automation. The app is hosted on a stand-alone AWS account. Some automation has already been implemented, but there are more plans in the pipeline.

• Advanced English in speaking and writing (you will be working with in an international team) 4+ years of Quality Assurance / Test Automation experience.
• Proficiency in a programming language, preferably Python.
• Experience in performance testing, integration testing, and test automation, and preferably with Selenium and PyTest.
• Background in software integration and system testing within cloud environments (AWS).
• Experience with CI/CD, including integration with Build pipelines.
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Confluence and Jira).
• Knowledge of REST/JSON and/or SOAP/XML web services.
• Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and contemporary browser technologies.
