Qualifications

• 5–8 years of QA experience in enterprise software.
• 3+ years hands-on Python scripting experience.
• Experience with Selenium or Cypress for automation.
• Knowledge of REST, JSON, Swagger API testing.
• Experience with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Splunk or similar log tools.
• Experience with TestRail or similar test management.
• Experience on Windows in Agile/Scrum.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and execute test plans, cases and automated scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system and end-to-end testing.
• Design and run business use cases reflecting real customer scenarios.
• Develop Python scripts to test Java-based middleware and services.
• API testing using REST, JSON, Swagger for validation.
• Track QA metrics and report test results and defect trends.
• Log defects and assist in troubleshooting to resolution.
• Analyze quality data and suggest process improvements.
• Participate in release planning, sprints and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, product owners, cross-functional teams.
• Support CI/CD testing activities with Jenkins and build validation.
• Use Splunk and other tools to analyze logs and failures.
• Maintain test documentation and evidence.
• Participate in quality reviews and audits.
• Mentor team members on QA processes.
