Job summary

Cloud Analytics Technologies, LLC is seeking a seasoned SDET to design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks for web, mobile, API, and backend applications. You will build API automation tests and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with developers to improve quality.

The role requires strong proficiency in Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress, plus hands-on API testing, SQL validation, and a solid grasp of SDLC/Agile practices. Remote/hybrid options may be considered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SDET, automation engineer, or software test engineer.
• Hands-on with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar tools.
• Experience in API testing and automation.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, and XML.
• Experience with SQL and database testing.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and DevOps practices (Git, pipelines).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
• Create automated tests for web, mobile, API, and backend apps.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
• Develop and execute API automation tests using REST Assured, Postman, or similar.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
• Analyze test failures and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
• Mentor QA engineers and contribute to testing best practices.
