InstantServe LLC is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to support manual and automated testing, develop scalable test frameworks, and integrate AI-assisted tools into testing workflows. The role emphasizes collaboration with development and operations to deliver quality software on a 12-month engagement in Austin, TX.

The candidate will design test plans, execute diverse testing types, manage traceability, and build automation with CI/CD integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manual testing including black-box and boundary-value analysis.
• Defect tracking using Jira or similar tools.
• Test management using Xray, Zephyr, or TestRail.

Responsabilités

• Develop test plans, test cases, traceability matrices, and test summary reports.
• Execute system, integration, UAT, and regression testing.
• Manage requirements traceability and defects using Jira, Xray, or comparable tools.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks, regression scripts, and CI/CD integrations.
• Apply AI coding assistants to accelerate test development and expand test coverage.
• Support UiPath automation, basic performance testing, and daily project reporting.
