Job summary

Ethereum Technologies is seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to join a fast-paced Agile team responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise applications.

You will design and execute automated test frameworks, build UI automation with Selenium or Playwright, and drive end-to-end testing across web apps, APIs, and batch processes. Strong collaboration, communication, and SDLC knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in quality engineering and test automation.
• Proven experience building and maintaining automation frameworks.
• Experience in Agile environments and SDLC practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and suites.
• Build UI automation with Selenium or Playwright.
• Implement BDD tests using Cucumber or similar.
• Create automated and manual tests for web apps, APIs, databases, and batch processes.
• Translate requirements into test scenarios and plans.
• Validate REST APIs across functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests.

• Manage defects, results, and release readiness.

We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to join a fast-paced Agile team responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise applications. This role requires strong hands-on automation expertise with modern UI automation frameworks, API validation, and end-to-end testing. The successful candidate will drive testing strategy, develop scalable automation solutions, collaborate closely with development teams, and help improve overall quality engineering practices across the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites.
• Build UI automation solutions using Selenium and/or Playwright.
• Develop behavior-driven test automation using Cucumber or similar BDD frameworks.
• Create and execute automated and manual test cases for web applications, APIs, databases, and batch processes.
• Translate business and technical requirements into comprehensive test scenarios and test plans.
• Validate REST APIs through functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Perform database validation and data reconciliation activities using Oracle SQL.
• Execute testing for batch jobs and end-to-end workflow processes.
• Manage defects, test results, and release readiness activities.
• Participate actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies and advocate for quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Utilize Jira, Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and related SDLC tools to support testing and release activities.
• Collaborate with distributed teams across multiple locations and provide guidance on testing best practices.
• Continuously improve automation coverage, framework stability, and quality engineering processes.
