TITLE : QA Automation Engineer

Full-time job, 40 hours per week

Pay/Salary: $93,704.00 year.

JOB DUTIES :

Design automated tests to validate functionality of software applications. Create test designs, write scripts, report results. Conduct tests for systems, networks, applications, databases, software, hardware, integrations. Install and manage automation tools like Selenium, UFT and ALM software. Responsible for implementation and maintenance of automated test frameworks and scenarios. Work with other QA Engineers and Developers to ensure that all aspects of the applications have proper testing coverage and overall system reliability, performance and quality. Deliver effective and efficient automated testing solutions by meeting key product milestones and overall deliverables on-time while adhering to development and Quality standards. Create, maintain and execute test cases, test plans, test scripts and other documentation. Work with the Scrum Team and product owner to build release plans. Work under supervision. Travel and/or relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout USA is required.

EDUCATION REQUIRED :

Master’s degree in Computer Science/ Computer Information Systems / Information Technology / Engineering (ANY)/Business or closely related field with Six (6) months of experience in the job offered or as a Developer/Analyst/Programmer/Software Engineer or closely related. Employer also accepts Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Computer Information Systems / Information Technology / Engineering (ANY)/Business or closely related plus five years of progressive work experience in related field.

Experience :

Experience of Six (6) months with software testing or Software Quality assurance or Software Quality analysis is required. Travel and/or relocation is required to unanticipated client sites within USA. International travel is not required. The frequency of travel is currently not known as it depends on the client and project requirement that cannot be currently anticipated. Employer provides Information technology services to various clients in USA and hence implementing projects will require such travel.
