Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Quality Manager to lead functional and automation testing efforts. You will design test scenarios, write reliable test cases, and perform manual and automated testing, including Tosca automation and API validation.

Collaborate across agile teams to ensure quality in MVPs and releases. Experience with defect management tools such as Jira and qTest, and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and executing automated and manual functional tests.
• Proficiency with Tosca for web and desktop automation.
• Know-how to validate backend services via API testing tools.

• Ability to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to craft test cases.

Responsibilities

• Understand user stories and translate them into clear test scenarios.
• Write efficient, reusable test cases and automate where applicable.
• Perform both manual and automated functional testing.
• Schedule walkthroughs and provide progress updates to the team.
• Work within a colocated Agile team and contribute to QA planning.

Salary Range-$90,000-$105,000 a year

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Functional Testing Knowledge
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Tosca for Web, Desktop applications.
• Perform API testing using tools like Postman or Tosca API modules to validate backend services.
• Dex configurations , executions
• Collaborate with development teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and design test cases.
• Ensure thorough test coverage by integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Defect Management and Test Management Tools like Jira , qTest
• Knowledge on Defect Management
