Design, build, and maintain automated QA workflows and digital forms using site-approved systems.
Develop prompts, templates, agents, and scripts to convert manual tasks into AI-assisted workflows.
Ensure verifiable, repeatable, and defensible digital workflows within a nuclear quality program.
Map processes to identify bottlenecks and prototype modern digital solutions.
Connect automated workflows to dashboards (Tableau) for real-time metrics and leadership insight.
Translate QA needs into technical requirements for Information Services and Digital Transformation.
