Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a QA Shop Floor Associate on a contract assignment through ASK Staffing DBA ASK Consulting to support 24x7 quality collaboration across manufacturing, QC labs, and supply chain operations in Summit, NJ.

You will review batch records, verify procedures, participate in inspections, and help drive continuous improvement while maintaining cGMP compliance. Shift options include Sun-Wed 10pm-8am or Wed-Sat 10pm-8am.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant cGMP experience.
• Ability to understand, follow, and apply approved procedures.
• Basic computer skills with MS Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional peers and management.
• Detail oriented and able to meet deadlines.

Job description

• The Quality Assurance Shop Floor team is responsible for 24x7 Quality collaboration and oversight of site operations, including but not limited to Manufacturing, Quality Control laboratories, and Supply Chain Operations.
• This position will partner with operational areas, to provide review of production and QC batch records to ensure compliance with Bristol-Myers Squibb policies, standards, procedures, and Global cGMP.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and document operational verification per approved procedures.
• Review manufacturing or testing records to ensure compliance with approved procedures. Communicate and resolve discrepancies and elevate as required.
• Identify improvement opportunities and supports execution of site/team continuous improvement goals and projects.
• Maintain compliance with assigned learning plan.
• Support internal and external inspections as required.
• Contribute to the assessment of discrepancies and initiation of quality events.
• Participate in cross-department and cross-functional meetings, communicate in professional manner and share data/ knowledge within team.
• Build relationships within direct team and partner functions.

Reporting

• This role will report to the Sr. Manager of QA Shop Floor
• This role will work with existing team members to support backlog reduction for manufacturing and QC batch record review activities.

Education

• High school diploma/ Associates degree with equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.

Work Schedule

• 1 position - Sun-Wed- 10pm-8am
• 2 nd position - Wed-Sat-10pm-8am

This posting is for a contract assignment with ASK Staffing DBA ASK Consulting to provide services to Bristol Myer-Squibb.

The starting hourly compensation for this assignment is the following range ($25- $29.13/hr). While the final, individual compensation and any available benefits will be determined by your employer of record ASK Staffing, Inc (and not BMS), factors that will be included in making the final determination may include the characteristics of the assignment, such as demonstrated experience, required skill, and the geographic location where the job is performed. The starting hourly compensation may be subject to change.
