GREENHEAD LOBSTER LLC is seeking a QA Assistant to support GMPs, HACCP, and food safety programs. You will ensure solid documentation, consistent checks, and high standards so customers receive safe, great-tasting products.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, sanitation, and food safety principles.
• Familiarity with FDA regulations/seafood processing (preferred).

What You'll Own

As our QA Assistant, you'll help keep every batch on track by supporting Greenhead's GMP, food safety, and quality assurance programs. This role exists to make sure our documentation is solid, our checks are consistent, and our standards stay high–customers get safe, great-tasting product.
