Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Memphis, TN is seeking a Technical Architect to lead testing automation and AI-enabled QA initiatives. You will design scalable frameworks, integrate AI agents, and guide cross-functional teams in modern automation practices.

The role focuses on implementing Playwright/Selenium driven test pipelines, CI/CD integration, and leveraging LangChain/LangGraph for QA workflows with enterprise-grade governance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building/deploying Generative AI workflows.
• Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph).
• Experience with Azure OpenAI and AWS Bedrock.
• Prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Proficiency in Python and Java or C#.
• Web/mobile automation with Playwright and Selenium.
• Git, Docker/Containers, and CI/CD pipeline integrations.
• Ability to build/integrate AI agents for Test Planning, Test Script Generation, Test Execution, Self-Healing, and Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, API ecosystems).
• Oversee all testing phases including unit, integration, regression, performance, and UAT.
• Embed automated test pipelines into enterprise CI/CD workflows (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab).
• Drive continuous optimization to compress test cycle times through intelligent parallel agent dispatch.
• Define coding standards, test coverage metrics, risk-based testing frameworks, and governance policies.
• Coach and upskill global quality engineering teams on automation and AI-assisted testing.
• Architect and implement collaborative AI agent networks using LangChain, LangGraph, or Model Context Protocols tailored for QA workflows.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
