What You'll Do:

We are seeking a QA tester to join our team! This person will partner with our Appian project teams to develop and implement testing strategies specific to Appian applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partnering with project leads to develop a testing strategy and performance goals for Appian projects
• Performing QA testing on Appian applications across several projects
• Creating documentation/test scripts and recording results
• Partnering with project leads and developers to ensure issues are resolved
• Analyzing bugs to identify trends
• Writing user stories

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT or related field
• 3+ years of experience performing QA testing on software applications (i.e., Appian, UiPath, Pega, etc.)
• Detail oriented with experience working on several projects at one time
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Must be a U.S. citizen in accordance with contract requirements
• Ability to obtain and maintain a TS clearance (preference given to those holding active TS clearance)
• This is a hybrid position and will require on-site presence at our Groundswell HQ in Mclean or other client site locations in the Northern Virginia area

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in automation testing desired
• Trusted Tester Certification (508 compliance) desired

Salary Range:

$83,041.00 - $117,314.00
