You will perform QA testing across multiple projects, create test scripts, and record results while collaborating with developers to resolve issues; travel flexibility and US citizenship are required. This role supports a fast-paced federal-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT or related field.
• 3+ years of experience performing QA testing on software applications.
• Detail oriented with experience on several projects.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen for contract requirements.
• Flexibility to travel as required.

What You'll do:

We are seeking a QA tester to join our team! This person will be responsible for partnering with our Appian project teams to develop and implement testing strategies specific to Appian applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partnering with project leads to develop a testing strategy and performance goals for Appian projects
• Performing QA testing on Appian applications across several projects
• Creating documentation/ test scripts and recording results
• Partnering with project leads and developers to ensure issues are resolved
• Analyzing bugs to identify trends
• Writing user stories

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT or related field
• 3+ years of experience performing QA testing on software applications (i.e., Appian, UiPath, Pega, etc.)
• Detail oriented with experience working on several projects at one time
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Must be a U.S. citizenin accordance withcontract requirements.
• Flexibility to travel as required

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in automation testing desired
• Trusted Tester Certification (508 compliance) desired
