Job summary

Groundswell Corporation is looking for a QA Testing Specialist to partner with project leads to develop testing strategies for Appian projects. This hybrid position requires on-site presence in McLean, Virginia, to perform QA testing, create documentation, and troubleshoot issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with project leads to develop a testing strategy and performance goals for Appian projects.
• Perform QA testing on Appian applications across several projects.
• Create documentation, test scripts, and record results.
• Collaborate with project leads and developers to ensure issues are resolved.
• Analyze bugs to identify trends and write user stories.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT or related field.
• 3+ years of experience performing QA testing on software applications (e.g., Appian, UiPath, Pega).
• Detail oriented with experience working on several projects at one time.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen in accordance with contract requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a TS clearance (preference given to those holding active TS clearance).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in automation testing.
• Trusted Tester Certification (508 compliance).

Hybrid position: requires on-site presence at Groundswell HQ in McLean or other client site locations in the Northern Virginia area.

Salary range: $83,041.00 - $117,314.00.
