Job summary

StudyFetch is seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to ensure high-quality releases across web and mobile platforms. You will execute manual testing, validate fixes, and coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Support to catch issues before users see them.

Ideal candidates have 2-4 years in QA, strong test design, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes. The role includes collaboration, regression testing, and supporting user acceptance testing to uphold product excellence.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of QA experience in SaaS or consumer tech.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, and test design.
• Experience testing across web and mobile platforms.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and defect-tracking workflows.
• Bonus: experience with automated testing tools or API testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end manual testing across StudyFetch’s web and mobile applications.
• Create, document, and maintain comprehensive test cases and test plans.
• Identify, log, and track defects using Linear.
• Collaborate with engineers, engineering manager, and product manager to reproduce, diagnose, and prioritize issues.
• Conduct regression, smoke, and exploratory testing as part of release cycles.
• Support UAT (user acceptance testing) and accessibility reviews where applicable.
• Validate bug fixes and confirm stability across environments before release.
• Provide clear QA feedback and insights to improve release quality and team efficiency.
