Job summary

A leading IT consulting firm is seeking a QA Analyst for a 6+ month contract based in Portland, OR. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and at least four years of experience in coding with C, C++, and Java. Responsibilities include developing and implementing test plans, maintaining test automation, and leading User Acceptance Testing cycles during Agile sprints. Knowledge of Oregon’s Medical Marijuana Program is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in coding with C, C++, Java.
• Familiarity with NT, UNIX, and Solaris environments.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements test plans.
• Writes and maintains test automation.
• Leads and directs the work of contractor staff.
• Plans and leads User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Agile sprints.
• Reports UAT execution coverage and key quality concerns.
