Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required
• Ability translate requirements into test strategies and test plans
• Experience testing across functional, integration, regression, performance, UI, and end-to-end scenarios
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern QA practices

Responsibilities

• Identify and solve quality problems independently and as part of a team
• Design and evolve sustainable test automation for web-based Java apps
• Translate business outcomes and designs into testable requirements and an automation approach
• Shape risk-based quality and test strategies before execution begins
• Incorporate non-functional requirements into quality planning and test activities
• Collaborate with Product Owners, engineers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and priorities
• Diagnose, isolate, and report defects with root-cause analysis
• Mentor others in testing practices and refine quality strategies
