About The Role

As a Tester Ssr, you will be responsible for certifying the quality of functionalities and new features, supporting the partners team during the development and testing phases of the game. You will also design and execute tests for each version build using tools such as TestRail to track progress.

This is an integral role for the Product, Implementation, Support, Engineering teams, and other involved areas to ensure a good player experience. Candidates should be enthusiastic, empathetic, quick learners, and possess recent theoretical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Creating detailed bug reports in our issue tracking database “JIRA”, while communicating status changes to the team.
• Following priorities from the QA lead and product leads, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Verifying issue resolutions across all supported platforms and stabilizing release candidates.
• Collaborating with a highly collaborative QA team, supporting detailed investigations of issues.
• Tracking features from design to creation.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Experience testing mobile games and working with a development team.
• Experience with JIRA or similar issue tracking tools.
• Extensive knowledge of QA pipelines and methodologies.
• Highly detail-oriented and inquisitive.
• A strong desire to improve products that resonate with many players.

• Experience with iOS, Android, and Facebook platforms.
• Passion for gaming and awareness of current social/mobile gaming trends.
• Coding experience is a plus.
