You will develop and execute test cases, document results, and help drive testing strategies across environments. The position requires 1+ year in QA/IT, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency with common office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related field, or equivalent.
• At least one year of QA/IT experience.
• Understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and QA best practices.
• Experience across development, test, and production environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support software development and QA initiatives; review requirements and create test scripts.
• Develop and execute test cases, document results, and track defects.
• Prepare test data, validate environments, and ensure readiness for testing.
• Collaborate with business, development, and technical teams to enable testing strategies.
• Maintain testing documentation and contribute to team meetings and efforts.
